That is completely normal. The Kickstart is designed to give you support, structure and a clear starting point so you are not doing it alone.
Everyone is different, but with consistent training, simple nutrition guidance and accountability, 30 days is enough time to feel fitter, stronger, more confident and more in control of your routine.
It depends what you need. If you want private one-to-one coaching, PT may be right for you. If you want coached training, accountability, nutrition guidance and community support at better value, the Kickstart is a strong place to start.
The team will help you decide the best next step, whether that is continuing into coaching, moving into classes/open gym or choosing another support option.
